The Congress of Grottos (COG) is the annual meeting of NSS Internal Organizations (IOs), including grottos, sections, regional associations, and surveys. The COG is made up of delegates from the IOs and functions as an advisory body to the NSS Board of Governors. The Congress provides a structure for receiving feedback from members through their IOs, discussing ideas and formulating recommendations based on the results of its annual meeting. Resolutions are presented to the NSS Board for consideration.
